Pick a screen to look around. Every company, job and number here is sample data.
Here is how each leak gets closed, on the screens you will use.
Purchases go in through a purchase order, tied to a job and its stage, or to a cost center like the office or a truck. Nothing waits in a glove box until tax time.
Each change order stays open until it's invoiced. When a job's income passes its contract, the job tells you to record the change order.
Subs send invoices from their portal, with photos of the work. Nothing becomes payable until you approve it.
Every issue from stock is numbered and charged to the job that took it, at average cost. The shelf and the books agree.
Every job keeps its cost by stage , so you see profit while there's time to act.
Change orders stay on the list until they're invoiced.
Purchase orders and invoices tie every dollar to a job.
Stock knows what's on the shelf and which job took the rest.
One system for the office and the field, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

This demo answers from sample jobs. In your account, Sofia answers from your own data. She is read-only and changes nothing.
No more receipts lost in the truck. Take a photo and Sofia does the typing.
Each sub gets a portal with only the jobs you open to them.
You don't have to learn where things are. Ask, and Sofia tells you which screen to open and what to fill in.
First, ask in plain words, in your language.
Then Sofia answers with your numbers, or the steps to follow.
Last, you make the entry. Nothing in your books changes without you.
Built by people who live the jobsite every day.

No. When you don't know how to do something, ask Sofia. She answers in English, Spanish or Portuguese and gives you the steps on the screen you're on.
Yes. You set the stages for each kind of work, like rough-in and trim, interior and exterior, or your own, and costs follow those stages. Builders use the same system for the whole job.
No. It runs in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. The office can use a computer at the same time.
No. Sofia is read-only. She reads your jobs, invoices, spending and stock to answer you, and every entry is still made by you.
Not yet. She tells you where to go and what to fill in, and you review the invoice and save it.
You open a job to a sub, and they see only that job in their portal. They post photos, update progress by milestone and send invoices, which wait for your approval.
We're starting with a pilot group of contractors and subs. On the demo we look at how you run jobs today and agree on how to start. Pricing hasn't been set yet.
Sofia reads your data only to answer your questions, and she can't change it. Subs see only the jobs you open to them. Our written privacy and security policy isn't published yet; ask us about it on the demo and we'll go over how your data is stored.
Book a demo. We set it up with your real jobs, so you see your own numbers, not a sample.
The pilot is open to a small group of builders and trade contractors in the United States. Tell us about your company and we'll call you to set a time.
